Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Heme Heroes account and its associated data at any time. You may submit the request from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by using the form on this page.

This page is the public deletion resource referred to in Section 15 of our Privacy Policy.

What Gets Deleted

Once a deletion request is verified and processed, we delete:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Your health records, including transfusion, hemoglobin and serum ferritin entries
• Your medication records and adherence history
• Your appointments and reminder settings
• Files you uploaded, such as laboratory reports and medical documents
• Your notification tokens and notification preferences
• Your AI feature usage history

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where it must be kept for legitimate legal, security, ethical, healthcare-record or research obligations. Any retained information is limited to what is required and is handled in accordance with applicable requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How Long It Takes

We verify each request against the registered account before acting on it. You will receive a confirmation at the email address you provide once the request has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days.
